Meet the Founder
David Hanna
In 1993, Dave Hanna brought his passion for a new coffee experience to Rancho Santa Margarita and opened the first Haute Cafe.
In 2005, Dave opened his first fine dining restaurant, Hanna’s Restaurant and Bar.
